The Weld is a multiphase mixed-use development on 7.52 acres located at the front door to Dorothea Dix Park, on the southern edge of downtown Raleigh, NC.  The initial phase delivered in 2025 and consists of two 20-story Class A buildings, the Holston and Ray, with 675 multifamily units and 9,500 square feet of street level retail.  The next phases of The Weld will consist of multifamily, retail, and hospitality.
